Minister's Message
Most states that are depended upon foreign
military assistance and imports, seem to have provided suitable leverage to the
supplying country in an unexpected harsh situation. In another words, when a
country acquires defensive hardware and weapon system, it shall have to also
import a whole array of advisers, technical specialists with an instrument that
can be wielded by the supplier to exert influence upon the domestic and foreign
policies of the recipient. Needless to say that imperialistic nature of some
governments would also encourage illegal intervention in the top official s'
decisions long before an opportunity comes in light to revoke any military deal.
The above insight concerns issues dealing with
arms acquisition that could become real threat to the national security and
sovereignty of the country. For the purpose this argument, it is important to
look for a capable and more reliable source that has independent defence and
foreign policy. A source that struggles to create a better world with peace and
security, builds up trust and cooperation instead of hatred and division.
Contrary to above, Iran's defence cooperation
policy is to share its technology with ligitimate governments and make it
accessible to Islamic states and neighbour countries. This doctrine calls for
regional ties and international treaties that will also prevent arrogant
attitudes towards vulnerable state's army infrastructure and never allows an
invisible foreign domination to be formed against a legal government.
To give a deep thought into my opinion, I hereby
propose our honourable readers to study the present directory which is published
almost biennially with over 350 illustrated and detailed pages. This could be
considered as good start towards self-sufficiency and confidence. The message
that is well-noted by connoisseurs.
